Chris in another update informed that FireSurfIce members will need to upgrade to level 6 before you can upgrade to level 7 plan. Current upgraded members will need to level out their upgrades on all levels to get paid from the FireSurfIce. If upgraded members do not level out then the pending withdrawals will be added to your account to bring the current upgrades on level terms. You can read the official announcement below -
This is to inform you that starting today, if you want to make an upgrade on Level 7 plan, you will need to have an active upgrade on Level 6 plan. Our plans are now fully ladderized, meaning you really need to have active upgrades on Level 1 to Level 6 before you can make an upgrade on level 7 plan (144% after 12 days) . Again, remember that all your Level upgrades must have the same amounts.
Another reminder to everyone who is already upgraded and still has unbalanced upgrade amounts (those with higher amounts on higher level plans from their lower roi plans), must have new upgrades on their accounts for them to balance their Level upgrade amounts. If you still cannot afford to balance your upgrade amounts in one shot, please do it progressively, You must, at least, have upgrade activity in your account trying to balance your Levels upgrade amounts, in order for your cashout to be processed. If no upgrade activity is seen on your account or effort to balance your upgrade amounts, your pending cashouts will be upgraded to your account in order to balance your account upgrades.
