Hello friends, as i told you in my review of “British Finance Group” that i have asked few questions from the support but unfortunately i did not receive any reply from them. But fortunately i got hold of one of their customer support representative “jacob” in a forum and i asked him the questions again for which today i got the reply, below are the Q’s n A’s..

Q1 – Minimum withdrawal is $1.5 or $2? As per FAQ’s it is $1.5 but
when i saw your terms it was written $2 there, why you people are
confusing the investors?

Minimum withdrawal is $1.50.
There was a mistake in Terms page, it has already been fixed.

Q2
– Exchange service is free for strictpay and solidtrustpay right?

We
do not exchange Strictpay and Solidtrustpay. You can find it in the
FAQ. You can exchange Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money and Global Digital
Pay.

Q3 – Can a person use the exchange service just as an
exchange. For example if a person deposit funds from Libertyreserve
and want it to exchange for perfectmoney but he do not want to invest in
the program, can he/she get his money exchanged and paid to his
e-currency account after charging your commission?

Yes, he
should go to Exchanger Center in the Members Area, exchange the funds
and withdraw. It can be done instantly.

Q4 – When is live
chat service available, everytime i see it’s offline? I think you should
name it offline service now!!

We are online atleast 10
hours per day, you alway find us online from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PDT).
In this members also can call our office, the phone is available in the
site (+1 775 234-4221).

Q5 – “The company is registered in
British Virgin Islands” . If that is true why can’t you show
Incorporation certificate to everyone?

CEO Michael will
put it in the site available for viewing in the next days.
